A friend/co-conspiritor of mine suggested I start a blog where I can post previous Faithful Thoughts For Parents of Tots (hereon referred to as FTPT's) online for a more broad range of people may access their information. I thought it was a great idea, not to mention a fabulous paperfree way for people to get hold of previous editions :) So, here goes......

what is this?
FTPT is an opportunity for you, as parents/caregivers/partners, to discuss your opinions regarding, among other things, faith, relationships, and parenting with one another outside of church. The intention is to eventually create dialogue within our own homes about what it means to raise our child(ren) in a faithful home, and what our individual concepts of a faithful home are.
Sometimes, FTPT will have questions, other times topics, and sometimes, just theories or scripture that can provoke discussion. It is one thing to say, we want our child to go to church, is is a whole different thing to say we want to raise our child faithfully. FTPT will help us all to define and determine what and how we each uniquely want to accomplish bringing faith into our homes, as well as ignite in-depth discussions with one another as partners in raising children.
